Al principio del programa Tulio se alarma al ver a unos japoneses recorriendo el canal y pienza que son turistas estorbando, así que junto con Juanin, Tulio planea atraparlos en una red. Después el Sr. Manguera llega y les revela que esos japoneses son en realidad los nuevos dueños del canal. Posteriormente el estudio es transformado con "pequeños" cambios realizados por los nuevos dueños entre los cuales estaban poner noticias raras y algunos nombres en japonés así como también darles trajes a los trabajadores y cambiar a los funcionarios. Un cambio importante es el despido de Calcetin Con Rombos Man por vencer al monstruo Kaibutsu que destruye Tokio. Al final los japoneses se artan del programa y se lo venden a los boy scouts.
